Information used for services
When enabled, account and ordering features use your name, email, phone number, delivery address, bag contents and order history to provide the requested service. Location permission is optional and is used to assess delivery eligibility.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, database, payment and delivery providers may process the information necessary for their services. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider; do not send them in chat.
AI assistant
If you choose to use Rinku AI, the text you send is processed by the first reply provider configured on the server: Groq, Google Gemini or OpenAI, in that order. The active provider depends on server configuration. If you record a voice message, the audio is sent to Groq's transcription API when voice transcription is configured. The resulting transcript is then sent to the configured reply provider to generate a response. If voice transcription is unavailable, you can type your question instead. Rinku AI does not automatically access your private orders or payment account. Please do not speak or enter passwords, OTPs, card details or payment PINs. Map selection and scheduled delivery
If you choose to detect your location, your browser asks permission before sharing coordinates for delivery eligibility. Your selected location and delivery details may be stored with your order or saved address. You can browse the menu without granting location, but location verification may be required for Fresh checkout. Some orders may support scheduling; a selected time is stored with the order when offered.
Choices and support
You can decline or revoke location permission through browser settings. You can clear locally saved preferences and bag information using your browser's site-data controls. Advertising and bill emails
When you allow optional ads, Google AdSense may receive cookie identifiers, device and browsing information to serve and measure ads. Use the footer controls to reject optional ads or change your choice. Google explains its data use at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Order bills are sent to your account email through our email provider when configured; the provider processes your email address and the attached order receipt. You can download your bill without enabling advertising cookies.
